We make every effort to see that utility bills are mailed so that they arrive on the first of the month or prior, depending on the day of the week. 

Current rates are as follows:

Base fee $9.25

Water $3.00 / 1,000 gallons used

Sewer $4.00 plus $5.00 / 1,000 gallons used

Sewer Debt fee $20.00

Technology fee $1.00

For those moving in or out, your bill is pro-rated based on the number of days you are a resident. There is a deposit of $100.00 and an application fee of $25.00 required before new services can be turned on.
